We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or postage strikes. We are unable to re-direct orders once the items have been dispatched.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Australia)
Regular parcel post delivery flat rate of $9.95 - $20.00 dependent on weight. Express shipping is also available from $12.95 - $25.95.
Shipping is done through Australia Post, all items are registered and will have a tracking number so you can stay up to date. Parcel delivery will require a signature on arrival, if no one is home item will be taken to the nearest post office.

All International shipping charges vary and will be displayed at checkout.

The shipping courier may leave your order at your front door, letterbox or secure location if no one is home. Once the parcel has been delivered to your selected shipping address OhJoyLoves Store takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If your address does not provide a secure location for drop off it is advised to use an alternative secure address.
RETURN TO SENDER
The OhJoyLoves Store does not take responsibilty for uncollected parcels that are returned to sender, or incorrect addresses that are returned to sender. if your tracking states that your parcels has been delivered, please first check with your local post office before contacting us. Alternatively call postal service via which the parcel was delivered by and acquire further information.
If you have accidently provided the wrong delivery address please email us IMMEDIATELY at email@example.com.
If your order has already been shipped we are unable to intercept the parcel and change the address. The address can only be changed if the order has not been shipped. to have the parcel reshipped due to wrong address will be at the buyer expense.
If you receive FREE shipping on your order and decide to return/ refund your order, you will be refunded the order amount (according to refund terms) minus the shipping costs.
